"I'm giving them a 3 because of Cindy. If not for her I'd give them less. I had insurance through the General but I wanted to use a local company where I could actually speak to my agent and they cared about my business. Shortly after switching to them a friend of mine told me to watch them because they are bad about your rates going up with no notice. Sure enough, 6 months down the road there was an issue. When I called and spoke to Rachel at the front desk she was very rude and when I threatened to go elsewhere rather than try to fix the problem Rachel said go for it. At that point I realized that I should have just stayed with the General if I wanted an insurance company that didn't care if they had my business or not. Cindy attempted to resolve the problem by sending me the information but it was sent in a format that I couldn't read. I switched insurance companies. Again, the only reason I'm giving a 3 is because of Cindy. Had I based it on Rachel alone it would have been a zero of that were possible."
